The CB-M996V brings coffee extraction, dedicated tea brewing, steam and hot-water dispensing together in one machine. It can prepare single or double servings of espresso and Americano while also supporting the extraction of various teas.
DEDICATED TEA EXTRACTION SYSTEM
The patented tea handle and funnel maintain a stable extraction pressure of 8–9 bar. Users can adjust the extraction time, beverage volume and strength to accommodate different types of tea and individual taste preferences.
58MM FULL-COPPER BREW HEAD
The professional 58mm full-copper brew head offers reliable thermal performance for espresso extraction. Automatic pre-infusion gently wets the coffee grounds before extraction to support a more balanced result.
2.1-INCH TOUCHSCREEN CONTROL
The touchscreen provides convenient access to coffee and tea settings. Brewing time, cup volume and strength can be adjusted, and beverage dispensing can be stopped whenever required.
PID + NTC TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The PID and NTC control system helps maintain stable water temperature during preparation. Combined with the 2.5L storage boiler and thermoblock, the system supports consecutive beverage service with less waiting.
POWERFUL STEAM AND HOT WATER
A 10mm steam wand provides steam for heating and texturing milk. The separate hot-water function can be used for tea preparation, cup warming and other daily beverage-service needs.
FLEXIBLE WATER-SUPPLY OPTIONS
The machine can operate using its built-in 2L water tank or connect to an external water source. This flexibility makes it suitable for different installation environments, from home kitchens and offices to cafés, restaurants and hotels.
PROFESSIONAL INTERNAL COMPONENTS
The CB-M996V includes an Italian GICAR flowmeter for accurate water-volume control, a visual pressure gauge and a vibration pump. Its stainless-steel body provides a professional appearance and is designed for regular daily use.
